- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Responsible for Sourcing the Right Candidates from Social Portals.
- Involved in Candidate Screening,Interviewing.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Serve as a mediator between the employer and the candidate and communicate company policies and terms of the contract to the candidate before he is hired.
- Responsible for posting job vacancies, conducting preliminary interviews.
Salary: INR 50,000 - 1,50,000 P.A.
