1. Looking a law graduate with minimum 15 years of experience in both factory and corporate legal activities.
2. Drafting legal documents and negotiating legal contracts.
3. Handling various labor related cases including Workmen Compensation, ESI, PF, Bonus Act.
4. Hands on experience in Statutory compliance under Factories Act and other Labour laws.
5. Handling trade unions and other workers Union.
